7. Confirmation on Undertaking* All Declarations Required

In connection with my/our application for LoC to NHB, I/we undertake as under:

(i) I/we fulfill eligibility criteria for the proposed project/activity as per NHB scheme Guidelines.

(ii) The ownership of land for the proposal project/activity is strictly as per NHB scheme Guideline and proposed land is free from any burden/encumbrance.

(iii) In case of lease land/Partnership firm, all the conditions and requirement are as per NHB scheme Guidelines.

(iv) The area/size of project and activity to be undertaken is as per NHB scheme Guidelines.

(v) The technical standards, data-sheet and norms of the project (wherever applicable) are as per NHB scheme Guidelines.

(vi) Any deviation noticed with regard to non-fulfillment of required eligibility criteria at GoC (Grant of Clearance) stage/at any stage can lead to cancellation of LoC (Letter of Comfort) by the NHB.

(vii) I hereby declare and certify that the information/contents furnished and uploaded by me/us in the application are true to the best of my knowledge & belief and nothing material has been concealed therein.

(viii) In case, any information furnished in the application is found false, my/our application will be rejected out-rightly at any stage by the Board.

(ix) The proposed activity of the project is absolutely a new project/activity.
